Le parc national des Calanques est un territoire exceptionnel afin de vivre une expérience enrichissante par des paysages grandioses, au contact d’une nature protégée. Crée en 2012, le parc national des calanques est devenu le dixième parc national français. Caractérisé par sa nature et sa riche biodiversité, ce territoire exceptionnel mérite d’être visité. Saisissants et contrastés, les paysages s’étendant sur plus de 20 kilomètres de côtes sur la mer Méditerranée sont à couper le souffle.

Le parc des calanques est constitué de trois massifs montagneux en bord de mer. Les habitas terrestres et marins qui l’occupent ont entrainés une faune et une flore abondantes. Mélangeant patrimoine et culture, le site est unique notamment grâce à ses carrières, ses vestiges militaires ou encore ses sites préhistoriques. Afin d’apprécier davantage cette visite, il propose de nombreuses activités à faire seul ou en famille comme des randonnées, du vélo, de l’escalade ou encore de la plongée.

Enfin, ce merveilleux parc national des calanques a pour principal but de préserver les espèces. En effet, une police de l’environnement circule afin de surveiller les éventuels usages abusifs du milieu naturel. Cette forte protection de l’environnement est également encadrée par le programme européen « Life habitats Calanques », un réseau écologique européen « Natura 2000 » ou encore la Charte du parc national.
